Nature of work
Looking for motivated bus drivers for a company in Norway, Stavanger.
●The job is 100% legal, with all social guarantees. You will work directly.
●You will drive in the city of Stavanger, the buses are brand new, electric - Yutong U12 and U18.
●Comprehensive training is provided so that you are sure where and what you will drive.
●Shift work with morning, day and evening shifts.
●Initially, you will receive accommodation in the company's housing for the first 3 months (for an additional fee).
●Clothing, footwear and all necessary equipment are provided.
●You will receive annual leave: 5–6 weeks.
●We compensate for the first plane ticket to Norway.
●The employer organizes Norwegian language courses.
Currently, 470 drivers of different nationalities work. We have about 30 Lithuanians.
We offer a safe working environment, a gym, basketball training with colleagues, various nature hikes, family outings and other events.

Employee requirements
●Languages: English is sufficient at first, with a plan to learn Norwegian in the future.
●Driving license: Category D + valid code 95.
●Experience: Bus driving experience is essential.
●Other requirements: No criminal record, EU citizenship / EU passport, good health.
●Personal qualities: Responsibility, reliability, ability to work in stressful situations, positive attitude towards employees and the work environment.

Hourly rate: 260.96 – 280.90 NOK
25–40% surcharge for evening and weekend shifts
Overtime is compensated at 50% or 100%, depending on the day of the week or time of day.
