Nature of work

What will your work day look like?

You will plan and coordinate the work of transport managers, set goals and delegate tasks.
You will ensure effective teamwork, motivation and achievement of results.
You will manage the activities of the motorcade, monitor KPIs and make decisions to improve performance.
You will solve problems related to trips, documents, customs, drivers and customers.
You will ensure high quality of services and smooth cooperation with customers and partners.
You will improve processes, implement automation and optimization solutions.
You will cooperate with other departments and contribute to improving the company's culture and performance.

What we expect from you:

At least 2 years of transport management experience is required. Knowledge of Girteka Dedicated transport operations would be an advantage.
Result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
Excellent knowledge of drivers' working and driving time and tachograph regulations.
Excellent oral and written English skills and intermediate knowledge of Russian. Initiative, analytical thinking and leadership skills (management experience would be an advantage).
Ability to adapt quickly and make responsible decisions in a dynamic environment.

Monthly salary: from 3,630 to 4,540 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
