YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of automation specialists – distribute work, set priorities, control their implementation and take care of the growth of employee competencies;
- Ensure reliable operation of factory automation systems – maintenance of PLC, HMI, SCADA, frequency converters, sensors, drives and other automation equipment;
- Organize troubleshooting and analyze the causes of recurring failures in order to reduce production downtime;
- Supervise PLC and SCADA program management – ensure backup copies, change control and proper documentation;
- Plan and control the need for automation spare parts, ensuring the availability of critical components;
- Initiate automation and production process improvement solutions that increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education in automation, electricity, electronics, mechatronics or similar field;
- 3–5 years of work experience in the field of automation, preferably in a manufacturing company;
- Experience with PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley or other) and HMI/SCADA systems – maintenance, fault diagnosis, software change management;
- Ability to read electrical and automation diagrams, know the operating principles of sensors, drives, frequency converters;
- Management experience – ability to organize team work, distribute tasks and control results;
- Systematic approach to fault analysis and determining their causes;
- Project management experience – installation of new equipment, working with suppliers and contractors;
- English language – at least B1–B2 level.
Work schedule: 08:00-17:00. Weekends free.
Place of work: Zapyškis | AKVATERA LT factory.
