In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance, diagnostics and improvement of production automation systems
  • Search for automation solutions and fault analysis to ensure uninterrupted production process
  • Programming, diagnostics, maintenance and operation optimization of automation systems
  • Collaboration with production and project teams to solve technological challenges
  • Participation in equipment modernization and new automation solution implementation projects
  • Analysis of automation system performance and implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Preparation and updating of technical documentation
  • Strengthening critical automation competencies and knowledge transfer and sharing within the team

We hope you:

  • Has a higher education in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar field
  • Has at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of industrial automation
  • Proficient in PLC controller programming (Siemens is an advantage), HMI, SCADA systems operating principles and their diagnostics and optimization principles
  • Has a general understanding of industrial OT/IT communication networks
  • Is able to analyze technical problems and independently find solutions
  • Has good skills in reading and preparing technical documentation
  • Is able to work both independently and in a team
  • Has good command of Lithuanian and English
  • Are proactive, curious and want to constantly deepen automation competencies
