YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain production automation equipment - PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, sensors, frequency converters, drives, valves;
- Quickly diagnose and eliminate automation failures to minimize production downtime;
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment, timely noticing and eliminating possible problems;
- Read electrical and automation diagrams, identify and repair non-functioning components;
- Participate in the installation, testing and tuning of new equipment;
- Record completed work, failures and used spare parts;
- Contribute ideas to the improvement of automation systems and increasing production efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical education in the field of automation, electricity, electronics or mechatronics;
- Ability to read electrical and automation diagrams;
- Knowledge of the basics of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems;
- Knowledge of frequency converters, sensors, drives and other automation components;
- Ability to independently identify and eliminate faults;
- Ability to work in a team, cooperate with production and technical personnel.
Important to mention:
Work schedule: (06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00 2 day, 2 night, 4 free).
Place of work: Zapyškis | AKVATERA LT factory.
