Automation Team Leader for work in the USA

What responsibilities will we entrust to:

  • organize and coordinate the work of the automation and electrician team, ensuring effective troubleshooting and maintenance work;
  • diagnose and solve complex malfunctions of PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics and industrial network systems;
  • ensure planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work according to established standards and schedules;
  • cooperate in carrying out automation maintenance work: from fault diagnostics to equipment commissioning, modernization and technical improvements;
  • ensure the execution of preventive maintenance work according to established schedules;
  • cooperate with production, engineering and technology teams in solving process efficiency and automation issues;
  • ensure accurate maintenance data accounting;
  • develop the competencies of the automation and electrician team, share expert knowledge and strengthen the technical competence of the team.

We believe that you:

  • you have an education in automation, electronics, mechatronics or a similar field;
  • you have at least 5 years of technical maintenance experience in a production environment (furniture manufacturing industry - an advantage);
  • you have experience working with automated Homag production equipment and PLC (Siemens, Beckhoff or similar) programming and diagnostics experience;
  • you are able to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation, analyze situations, diagnose faults and make decisions;
  • you have experience in managing projects or a technical maintenance team;
  • you are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • you are interested in innovations and strive for improvement;
  • you are characterized by a businesslike attitude, creativity and drive.
