Nature of work
- Organizing and coordinating the work of the automation and electrician team, ensuring effective troubleshooting and maintenance work;
- Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions of complex PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics and industrial network systems;
- Planning, organizing and ensuring the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance work according to established standards and schedules;
- Performing maintenance work on automation equipment - from troubleshooting and elimination of faults to equipment commissioning, modernization and technical improvements;
- Cooperation with production, engineering and technology teams, solving issues of efficiency and automation of production processes;
- Ensuring accurate accounting of maintenance work and related data;
- Strengthening the technical competence of the automation and electrician team, sharing expert knowledge and assistance in solving complex technical issues.
Employee requirements
- Education in automation, electronics, mechatronics or similar field;
- At least 5 years of technical maintenance experience in a production environment (experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is an advantage);
- Practical experience working with automated HOMAG production equipment;
- Solid experience in programming and diagnosing PLC systems (Siemens; Beckhoff or others);
- Ability to read technical drawings, work with technical documentation, analyze situations and make decisions;
- Experience in leading a technical maintenance team or projects;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (at least B2 level);
- Responsibility, independence, initiative;
- Ability to work in an international team and desire to improve.
