In your hands will be🤲:
- Teamwork organization: Organize the team's daily work according to the requirements of the assigned project.
- Direct communication with project participants: Purposefully transfer the tasks assigned by the manager, ensuring smooth information transfer between team members and the manager.
- Occupational safety and risk management: Inform the production manager about dangerous, harmful or other risk factors that have arisen in the workplace.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports on the progress, execution and related tasks of projects.
- Project progress assurance: Ensure the smooth progress of the project from its inception to its transfer to the end user.
- Technical documentation management: Analyze project diagrams, identify errors and work with construction drawings.
- Introduction of new employees: Introduce new employees to projects, ensure a smooth start of work and provide all kinds of assistance.
- 8-hour shift work schedule (Mon-Fri 6:00-14:00, Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00)
We expect you to 🫶👌 :
- Ability to organize and properly plan your own and your team's time
- Independence, diligence and attention to detail and the ability to make good decisions
- Communicative and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Ability to use MS Office, reading project diagrams,
- Work experience is necessary - we expect proactivity, motivation and a desire to improve from you.
