We are looking for a hands-on Automation Developer to join Finance Development Team and help us strengthen our internal automation capability.

In this role, you will work closely with Finance and IT teams to turn business challenges into practical technology solutions. You will take automation ideas from initial discovery through development and implementation, using RPA, AI, APIs and other suitable technologies.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building solutions, exploring new technologies and challenging existing ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using RPA, AI and/or other suitable technologies.
  
• Own automation initiatives end-to-end, from technical discovery and solution design through go-live, stabilization and continuous improvement.
  
• Translate business problems into practical technical solutions, selecting the most appropriate automation solution.
  
• Develop rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to validate feasibility, demonstrate value and accelerate decision-making.
  
• Work closely with process owners and SMEs to understand processes, business rules, data, exceptions and expected outcomes.
  
• Drive automation initiatives forward proactively, challenging unclear requirements, identifying blockers and ensuring required business involvement.
  
• Establish robust development practices including reusable components, documentation, version control, error handling, monitoring and maintainability.
  
• Collaborate with external development partners when additional capacity or specialized expertise is required, while maintaining internal technical ownership.
  
• Focus on measurable business impact, monitoring solutions after implementation and helping ensure that automations deliver expected efficiency, quality and process improvements.
  
• Promote a culture of technological curiosity and continuous learning across the team
