JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitoring and analyzing the operation of automated production lines in Zuodelia;
Diagnostics and troubleshooting (PLC, HMI, equipment logic);
Analysis, adjustment and improvement of existing control programs;
Optimization and efficiency of processes (OEE improvement);
Generation of ideas - how to improve production processes, reduce downtime, increase productivity;
Collaboration with production, maintenance and IT teams;
Participation in the installation and launch of new equipment.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

Experience working with PLC programming;
Understanding of automated production lines;
Ability to read electrical diagrams;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Basic English (for technical documentation).
Experience with Siemens, HMI / SCADA, ABB or other PLC systems (advantage);
Experience in a manufacturing company (advantage);
Experience in process optimization (loss reduction, efficiency increase) (advantage);
Understanding of industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet / IP) (advantage);
Experience with TIA Portal, Step7 or ABB solutions (advantage).

Salary 2000-2500 Eur (net);
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00;
