ATEA Process Automation Division provides process automation services using artificial intelligence (AI), API integrations and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions in existing customer processes. We provide services to Lithuanian organizations, as well as to the Scandinavian market and ATEA group companies. We are recognized UiPath and Microsoft partners, therefore we accompany our customers throughout the automation process - from identifying processes to be automated to deploying robots and monitoring their activities.
Our main area of activity is the development of automation solutions based on AI, Power Platform solutions and the provision of RPA services, helping to automate routine tasks performed by customers. This can be both the automation of manual work, for example, filling in account data, and more complex integrations, in which robots and AI solutions act as a service integration platform. Our goal is to ensure that the solutions we create provide maximum value and impeccable quality, take over repetitive tasks from employees and allow them to focus more on value-creating and creative activities.
We also provide our clients with custom software solution development services that help them create high-quality products that meet business needs. We support our clients throughout the entire project – from project management and analysis to programming and testing. When developing web or mobile applications, we use the most advanced cloud technologies, focusing mainly on the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, .NET Core, Power Platform, AI solutions and other technologies. Working in social security, healthcare, logistics, law and other sectors, we have accumulated significant industry experience, allowing us to offer and design solutions that best meet our clients’ needs.
The process automation department employs certified specialists (programmers and analysts). We are currently expanding both the RPA and AI automation and custom programming teams to meet the growing demand for automation and digitalization solutions.
Working in our team, programmers closely cooperate with internal and external analysts and consultants, implement their requirements, monitor already developed solutions and develop new ones. We help our employees grow as professionals and together we create a strong, effective team that is part of the global ATEA family.

What are you going to do?

What do we expect from you?
2-3 years of experience in creating and developing automation or business application solutions.
You are familiar with the Microsoft Azure platform and its services.
You are interested in or have practical knowledge in the field of creating and applying AI solutions.
You are familiar with Microsoft Power Platform and have practical experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate.
You have good Power Platform programming knowledge.
You have worked with system integrations and APIs.
You have programming basics and are able to create reliable, easily maintainable solutions.
You are able to independently solve technical challenges and effectively collaborate in a team.
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
You have an IT education.
Advantages:

Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certificate.
Experience working with UIPath or Power Automate Desktop RPA, Azure AI Services or other generative AI solutions.
