We will trust you:
- You will design, develop and implement business process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath tools;
- You will monitor and improve existing automation solutions, ensure their smooth and efficient operation;
- You will analyze business needs, identify process automation opportunities and propose the most suitable solutions;
- You will evaluate system integration opportunities and provide suggestions for their improvement;
- You will prepare process diagrams and technical documentation, ensure that automation solutions meet the needs of the organization;
- You will plan and manage RPA projects from idea to implementation, coordinate resources, deadlines and potential risks.
We would like you to:
- You would be able to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and document workflows;
- You would have experience working with Jira or other project management tools;
- You would be able to communicate fluently in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing;
- You would have experience in managing projects - from planning and coordinating work to the successful implementation of solutions;
- You would be characterized by analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently;
- You would be able to independently plan work, manage priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
