Employee requirements
- Experience in the repair of passenger cars and minibuses.
- Ability to work independently from day one.
- Responsibility and quality work.
Responsibilities
- Perform the work specified in the order in a quality and timely manner.
- If the need for additional work is identified, take a photo of the defect and upload the photo to the order in the system by phone.
- Perform additional work only after receiving the client's approval through the service receptionist.
- Protect the client's car: use protective equipment, do not leave dirt in the cabin.
- Maintain the workplace, tools and equipment.

Salary ranges
All the numbers – in hand, per month:
- Fixed part for a qualified mechanic: €1,400.
- Earnings of a normally working mechanic: €2,500–3,000.
- Earnings of the best mechanics: over €3,000.
Compensation structure
The salary consists of a fixed part and a variable part.
The fixed part is €1,400 in the hands of a mechanic who independently removes and installs gearboxes, replaces clutches, timing belts, performs chassis repairs and works around the engine.
Qualification is determined during the trial period, after a practical assessment of the work performed. If it turns out that some of these works cannot be performed independently, the fixed part is set lower, taking into account the mechanic's qualification. After acquiring the necessary skills, it is increased.
All other parts of the salary above the fixed amount depend only on the mechanic: the quantity, quality and initiative of the work performed. The variable part is calculated automatically in the order system.
