About the position:
We are one of the largest tower crane rental companies in Lithuania. We also have 5 truck cranes and are looking for someone to ensure their stable operation (preferably in long-term projects).
Your job consists of 4 things:
1.Find clients. Cold calls to construction, energy and industrial companies, site visits. You don't wait for inquiries, you find them yourself.
2.Accept inquiries. You answer incoming calls and emails, find out what and when needs to be lifted, and quickly submit an offer.
3.Evaluate the object. You drive to the site, check the access, the crane location and lifting conditions, select the right crane.
4.Sell. You submit an offer, negotiate the final price and sign a contract. The most important thing is to ensure long-term projects

What to expect:
- Experience in direct B2B sales. You are not afraid to call and go to the client
- Activity and independence to create results yourself
- Category B driver's license
- Ability to use CRM and artificial intelligence tools
We consider the advantages
- Experience in construction, engineering or industry
- AutoCAD knowledge (Would be great)
- Russian and English

Salary: €2,500–3,000 gross fixed portion + monthly bonuses based on sales. After achieving the sales plan, the salary reaches approximately €5,000 gross. Additional bonuses are possible
