Nature of work and responsibilities:
What awaits you in this position?
- You will professionally consult customers and help them choose the car rental services that best meet their needs;
- You will take care of the conclusion, administration and smooth management of car rental contracts;
- You will present and offer additional services and products that create an even better customer experience;
- You will ensure that cars are clean, tidy, technically prepared and ready for the next rental;
- You will drive cars between different locations in the city and deliver them to customers as needed;
- You will cooperate with the team to ensure that each customer receives the highest quality service.
What do we expect from you:
- You have experience in customer service and enjoy interacting with people;
- You have at least 2 years of category B driving experience;
- You speak English at least at level B2.
Salary
€900 "in hand" + extras depending on additional sales;
