Nature of work:
As a part of the Hertz team:
- you will be the first person to meet our customers at Vilnius Airport, advise them on car rental issues, help them find the most suitable solution, administer the rental process and, if necessary, arrange for vehicle delivery;
- Your goal is to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience from the first contact to the return of the car.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to customers, identify their needs, offer the most suitable car rental solutions and additional services and products;
- Administer the car rental process - prepare rental agreements, perform reservation and rental transaction administration;
- Ensure that vehicles are clean, technically sound and properly prepared for transfer to customers;
- Deliver vehicles to specified locations, if necessary.
We hope you:
- Have experience in customer service;
- Can work a flexible schedule;
- Have at least 2 years of driving experience in category B;
- Speak English at least at level B2;
- Are customer-oriented, responsible and like to work in a team.
Salary:
1400 - 1700 Eur "in hand" + extras depending on additional sales.
