Tokvila, the official Toyota dealership, is expanding its car rental business and is looking for a leader who can help develop this business into a strong, profitable and strategically important business. Tokvila's car rental service includes both short-term and long-term car rental, focused on different customer needs - from everyday solutions to corporate car fleet management.
This is a position for someone who is able not only to manage the business, but also sees the rental service as a product - to develop it, improve it and ensure its competitiveness in the market.

Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth, economically sound and profitable operations of Tokvila car rental: from fleet formation, pricing and processes to exceptional customer experience.
- Form the strategy of the car rental department and coordinate activities across two showrooms, in close cooperation with other company departments.
- Plan, organize and control the activities of the department, ensuring the implementation of short-term and long-term goals.
- Manage the rental car fleet: entry and exit processes, security, technical and aesthetic condition, constant readiness for customer trips.
- Form, develop and motivate a team (3-5 employees), create a results-based, engaged work culture.
- Analyze performance results, KPIs, market trends and competitors' actions, provide proposals to increase operational efficiency and ensure their implementation.
You will be a great fit for this position if:
- You have significant experience in business development, product management or service creation.
- You understand the principles of rental, leasing or other periodic use (subscription / asset-based) businesses.
- You are able to see the service as a whole - from pricing and cost structure to customer experience and profitability.
- You have experience working with complex products or services, where both commercial results and operational efficiency are important.
- You have leadership experience and are able to mobilize a team for common goals.
- You have a higher education.
- You are excellent at working with computers, have strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- You have a valid driver's license.
