Car rental manager

We invite you to join the team of the international car rental company Enterprise at Kaunas International Airport. We are looking for a motivated, willing to grow and constantly improve new team member.

Job description:
1) Customer service, consulting and service, ensuring the highest service quality standards;
2) Administration of rental agreements, management of the car issuance and return process;
3) Preparation of cars for the customer: technical condition check, cleanliness assessment, documentation entry into the system;
4) Administration of the process, invoices, payments;
5) Transportation of cars between rental points or partner locations according to operational needs;
6) Answering rental inquiries both by phone and mail.

In this position, the employee will be directly responsible for sales results, therefore independence and orientation to results are necessary.

Excellent knowledge of the English language;
category B driver's license;
Ability to work on a flexible schedule;
