What will you do?
We hope that you:
What do we offer?
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by e-mail;
- Administer car rental orders and consult with customers;
- Prepare rental agreements, offers and other documents;
- Deliver cars to customers in Klaipėda and Palanga and come to pick them up;
- Ensure that the cars are tidy and ready for use;
- Collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania and abroad in solving various customer situations.
We hope that you:
- You are fluent in English (B2 level);
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You can work on a flexible schedule, on weekends and holidays, and responding to customers after working hours would not be a problem for you;
- You like working with people and are not afraid to take responsibility;
- You are able to plan your time, perform tasks carefully;
- You are ready to learn if you do not have experience in customer service, sales or rental services.
