Car Rental Manager

Working with the car rental reservation system: accepting, managing and administering orders;
Professional customer service live, by phone and e-mail;
Providing information about services, conditions and pricing to customers;
Receiving and directing incoming calls, handling electronic correspondence;
Coordination of car fleet maintenance: technical condition, cleanliness, documentation, insurance, etc.;
Delivery of cars to customers and their collection;
Working with replacement cars: assignment, maintenance, administration;
Other organizational work related to car rental activities and tasks assigned by the manager.

Good command of English – both spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
Valid category B driver's license (without restrictions);
Flexible approach to working hours – we work according to a pre-agreed rolling schedule (including weekends);
Motivation to work honestly and earn money, responsible approach to work;
Diligence, punctuality and responsibility – especially important in car maintenance and customer service;
Excellent organizational and time planning skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time;

1000-3000 €/mon. net
The offered salary is from 1000eur "in hand" + additional bonuses based on work results.
