We invite you to join the team of the international car rental company Enterprise - in Vilnius. We are looking for a motivated, willing to grow and constantly improve new team member.
Job description:
1) Customer service, consulting and service, ensuring the highest service quality standards;
2) Administration of rental agreements, management of the car issuance and return process;
3) Preparation of cars for the client: technical condition check, cleanliness assessment, documentation entry into the system;
4) Administration of the process, invoices, payments.
5) Transportation of cars between rental points or partner locations according to operational needs;
6) Answering rental inquiries both by phone and mail.
