Nature of work

  • Preparation and administration of car rental and replacement car contracts.
  • Administration of customer data, payments, deposits and additional services.
  • Control of issued and returned cars, documentation management and assessment of car condition (fuel, cleanliness, damage).
  • Coordination of drivers' work and organization of car transfers.
  • Administration of orders in internal systems and informing customers via SMS and e-mail.
  • Issuing VAT invoices, control of unpaid invoices and administration of additional taxes.
  • Customer service in the office, by phone and e-mail.
  • Sale of additional services and equipment to customers.
  • Work according to a sliding schedule. Working hours on weekdays (Mon-Fri): 08:00–17:00. Weekend work (VI–VII) takes place every third weekend, working hours: 09:00–18:00.

Employee requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsibility, diligence and result orientation.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, work with internal systems).
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and organize work independently.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperate with colleagues.
