Car Rental Manager

We are currently inviting a Car Rental Manager to join the team, who will take care of a smooth car rental process, professional customer service and daily coordination of the car fleet. We are looking for someone who is able to independently organize their work, respond quickly to situations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You will administer car rental reservations, manage orders and work with the rental management system;
You will professionally serve customers live, by phone and by e-mail, consult on rental services, conditions and pricing;
You will accept incoming calls, manage electronic correspondence and ensure smooth information transfer;
You will organize the delivery of cars to customers and their return process;
You will take care of daily maintenance of the car fleet: technical condition, cleanliness, documentation, insurance and other operational issues;
You will coordinate the preparation of cars for rental and ensure that they are properly prepared for customers;
You will administer the assignment, issuance, return and maintenance of replacement cars;
You will promptly resolve daily situations related to customers, reservations and car rental;
You will cooperate with colleagues in Vilnius and Kaunas departments and other departments of the company;
You will contribute to the smooth organization of rental processes and their improvement.

Good written and oral English skills (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
Valid category B driver's license and proven driving skills;
Ability to independently plan and organize one's work and effectively manage several tasks at the same time;
Responsible attitude to work, diligence and punctuality;
Customer orientation and high quality of customer service;
Good communication skills and the ability to find solutions in various situations;
Initiative, flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances;
Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Good computer skills;
Flexibility in working according to a pre-agreed rolling schedule, including weekends;
Motivation to achieve results and responsibility for the quality of one's work.
