CAR SEARCH AND SALES MANAGER

"Polizinginiai" is a brand that has been around for 10 years, belonging to the ELCA Holding group of companies, and has become one of the most well-known brands in the Lithuanian used car market.

We are introducing an unconventional operating method to the market, so we are looking for people in Vilnius and Kaunas who are interested in trying themselves in new formats, who are motivated by big goals and are not afraid of uncertainty.

Your responsibilities include:
✅ Be the main partner of the client: find out what he really needs and help him make the best decision.
✅ Search and select used cars in European markets, constantly testing new search channels and methods.
✅ Build relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiate the best conditions.
✅ Ensure a smooth process from the first contact to the transfer of the car to the client.
✅ Be responsible for document administration and accurate data registration in the CRM system.
✅ Provide suggestions on how to make processes faster, more efficient and of higher quality.

✅ Initiative and independence: you plan your own actions and do not wait for instructions.
✅ Persistence in finding solutions, especially when they are not obvious.
✅ Ability to build rapport with the client and focus on their needs.
✅ Result orientation and motivation to measure your work in numbers.
✅ Experience in the used car market and knowledge of search channels in Europe. This is a great advantage, but we also appreciate similar search, negotiation or purchasing experience in other areas.
✅ Knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage).
✅ Category B driver's license.

From 2000 €/mon. gross
A bonus system is applied. A specific fixed salary offer is provided based on the candidate's competencies.
