Currently, the team is looking for a sales manager who is not only interested in sales, but also in building trust, long-term relationships with clients and a high level of service. If you like a dynamic environment, are interested in cars and are able to create value for the client - this position may be just for you.

What will your day look like:

  • You will become a trusted advisor who understands needs, is able to listen and offer the best solution.
  • From the first greeting to the handover of the keys - you will make sure that the client feels assured, understood and pleasantly surprised.
  • You will represent one of the strongest car brands in the world, adhering to high principles of professionalism, quality and service.
  • From the first contact to the signing of the contract - you will plan actions, negotiate, achieve results and ensure a smooth process.
  • You will collect, analyze and manage information so that you can offer the client the right solution even before he clearly names it.

You will do great if:

  • You have achieved real results and sales are not a random choice for you, but an area in which you want to grow and win.
  • You are interested in the market, technologies, model differences and are able to confidently talk about it with the client.
  • You easily establish contact, are able to listen, understand the need and build long-term relationships that turn into repeat sales.
  • You set ambitious goals for yourself, take responsibility for the result and purposefully pursue it.
  • You will be able to professionally present information, work with computer systems and effectively manage customer data.
  • You understand that the strongest sales are born when the client gets more than he expected.
