We are currently recruiting a Sales Assistant to join our team, who will ensure smooth post-sales documentation and process administration.

Nature of work:
- Preparation, verification and administration of documentation for sold cars;
- Management of contracts, invoices and other related documents;
- Data entry and ensuring accuracy in internal systems;
- Coordination and tracking of after-sales processes (so that all steps are completed on time);
- Communication with customers and partners regarding documentation and process progress.

- You are meticulous, systematic and responsible;
- You like working with documents and "putting everything in place";
- You are able to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are communicative and able to communicate clearly with the client.
