Vilnius Auto is looking for a Sales Manager to join an active car sales team.
Your main task is not just to advise customers, but to sell. We are looking for someone who is able to establish contact, find out the customer's needs, properly present the car and successfully complete the transaction.

Your daily routine:
- Communicating with customers by phone, online and in person;
- Clarifying customer needs and offering the most suitable car;
- Delivering cars to customers;
- Managing the sales process from the first contact to the transaction;
- Negotiating with customers;
- Preparing commercial offers;
- Working with car financing solutions;
- Administrating customer data and the sales process;
- Active work to achieve personal and team sales results.

What we expect from you:

- You are communicative and easily establish contact with people;
- You are result-oriented and want to earn from the results of your work;
- You are able to listen to the client, understand their needs and offer a solution;
- You know how to negotiate and do not give up after the first "no";
- You are responsible, independent and organized;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are interested in cars and want to know more and more about them;
- You speak Lithuanian well;
- Knowledge of English/Russian is an advantage;
- Sales experience is an advantage, but most importantly - your attitude, energy and desire to achieve results.
