We are currently inviting a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join the team, who will take care of the daily maintenance of the fleet, coordinate technical service and repair processes, and help ensure that the cars are technically in good condition and ready for operation.

We are currently inviting a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join the team, who will take care of the daily maintenance of the fleet, coordinate technical service and repair processes, and help ensure that the cars are technically in good condition and ready for operation.
What will you do in this position?
- Coordinate daily technical and operational maintenance of the car fleet;
- Organize car maintenance, repairs and other necessary maintenance work;
- Communicate with service centers, repair partners, insurance companies and other service providers;
- Administer car damage, insurance events and repair processes;
- Assess the condition of cars after return and coordinate the elimination of identified violations or malfunctions;
- Coordinate the processes of returning, replacing and preparing cars for further operation;
- Make operational decisions regarding technical malfunctions and other car-related situations;
- Administer information and documentation related to the car fleet;
- Cooperate with colleagues from rental, administration, finance and other company departments;
- Contribute to the improvement of car fleet processes and more efficient work organization.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in automotive, transport, technical service, claims administration or similar fields would be a great advantage;
- Good understanding of cars and their operation;
- Category B driving license and proven driving skills;
- Ability to independently organize work and manage several tasks at the same time;
- Ability to quickly assess the situation and find a practical solution;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills when working with services, partners and colleagues;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of English in writing and orally;
- Initiative, independence and responsibility for the result.
