Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the car wash;
Control the quality of services, compliance with work deadlines and safety requirements;
Ensure the smooth operation of the car wash and promptly resolve any problems that arise;
Organize employee training and coaching (occupational safety, technological processes);
Form a positive and cooperative work environment;
Manage documentation related to the car wash;
Organize and control the maintenance of washing equipment;
Ensure timely detection and repair of equipment failures;
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high quality of services.

Employee requirements
Technical, engineering or mechanical education (we would consider it an advantage);
Good knowledge of work organization and process management;
Understanding of the principles of operation and maintenance of technical equipment;
Experience of supervised work (we would consider it an advantage in the production or technical field);
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Economy, thrift and responsible approach to company resources;
Leadership skills, ability to motivate and mobilize the team;
Strong character, ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
Sociability and constructive communication with employees and customers.
Ability to communicate in English (verbally and in writing);
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
