Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and active team member to help serve customers at the parcel pick-up point and take care of the preparation of rental cars.
This is a dynamic job - part of the day you will communicate with customers and work with parcels, the other part you will make sure that the cars are clean, checked and prepared for the next rental.
Work with customers and parcels:
hand over arrived parcels to customers;
accept returned and sent parcels;
check customer and parcel information in the system;
maintain order in the parcel pick-up area;
serve customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Preparing cars for rental:
prepare cars and minibuses for the next rental;
take care of the cleanliness of the car's exterior and interior;
check the fuel / charging level, AdBlue, window washer fluid, etc.;
check the condition of the car before and after the rental;
record any damage and take the necessary photos;
check documents, keys and equipment in the car;
park cars in designated places and prepare them for customer pickup;
if necessary, take or return the car, go to a car wash, service or gas station;
inform the responsible manager about any observed faults, damage or other discrepancies.

What do we expect from you
Category B driver's license;
responsibility and diligence;

ability to independently organize one's work;

basic computer skills;

Experience in customer service, logistics or car rental is an advantage, but the most important thing is a responsible attitude and a desire to learn.
