Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
- Acceptance of new cars, declaration, collection, processing of other documents;
- Registration of cars in "Regitra", organization of technical inspections, insurance;
- Maintenance of new and demonstration car park (technical inspection, cleanliness, fuel, stickers, etc.);
- Car showroom maintenance (connection, rebuilding, washing order, etc.);
- Management of travel sheets for demonstration and service cars (allocation of fuel, write-off);
- Claims administration (process coordination, billing);
- Cooperation with car service, other departments;
We hope that:
- You can boast of successful experience of similar work;
- You know the design of the car and have technical knowledge (advantage);
- You have mastered basic MS Office programs, AUTOMASTER knowledge (advantage);
- Among your strengths are organization, quick orientation;
- You are valued for your strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail;
- You like to work independently, but you are able to maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently, good knowledge of Russian and/or English is an advantage;
- You have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience (required);
