Our after-sales service team is looking for a service technician to join the Vilnius team. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing car repairs, ensuring the quality of work, forming a direct team and communicating with the manufacturer's technical department.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- You will organize and coordinate car repair work, carry out quality control of the work performed.
- You will ensure compliance with the technological requirements of the work performed.
- You will form a directly subordinate team and be responsible for the qualification of car technicians.
- You will ensure the manufacturer's requirements.
- You will communicate directly with the manufacturer's technical department.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in automotive repair, technical team coordination or similar field.
- Have good knowledge of automotive design and diagnostics.
- Be able to organize team work and solve problems effectively.
- Be focused on results, quality and process adherence.
- Be good at working with computers (knowledge of Navision, Automaster, Optimum, Audatex or manufacturer's systems is an advantage).
- Be able to work with technical information in English.
- Have a valid category B driver's license.
