Your responsibilities:
Development of service commercial activities.
Revenue and profitability control.
Technician work planning and employment management.
Customer acquisition and work with existing customers.
Work pricing, proposals and estimates.
Control of sales margins for parts and additional equipment.
Coordination and control of orders for required parts and equipment.
Maintenance of service documentation, orders and other daily administrative processes.
Implementation and maintenance of service processes and work standards.
Ensuring deadlines, quality and customer satisfaction.
Team formation and planning of employee needs.

Management or sales experience (advantage).
Knowledge of car service work (advantage).
Commercial thinking and orientation to results.
Ability to work with numbers: income, margin, cost price, working hours.

Ability not only to identify problems, but also to propose solutions.
Very good customer service skills.
Understanding of the automotive or technical field would be a great advantage.
Fluent Lithuanian, Russian and English - an advantage.
Ability to combine management with practical daily service administration.
Orderliness in working with orders, parts, warranty cases and documentation.
Computer skills (MS Office).
Category B driver's license.
This is a manager's position that is actively involved in daily operations - in addition to commerce and team management, you will also need to be involved in daily service administration: ordering parts, sales, work documentation, and customer questions.
