About the position
We are looking for a Automotive Specialist in Vilnius to work with the Bolt Drive fleet and daily operations.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent position. The monthly gross salary for this position is €1,699 plus night shift bonus.
About the position
As an Automotive Specialist, you will be responsible for taking over all daily operations of the fleet (including cleaning, driving, refueling and troubleshooting). This is a very important job as we are responsible for the safety of our fleet users. After checking, if the fleet needs additional diagnostics, you will be required to deliver the vehicles to the service for repair or maintenance.

As an Automotive Specialist, you will be responsible for taking over all daily operations of the fleet (including cleaning, driving, refueling and troubleshooting). Your daily duties will include:
Lots of city driving in new cars and no boring office work!
Solving various vehicle-related problems.
Delivering vehicles to service stations for repair or maintenance.
Carrying out vehicle fleet inspections.
Refueling, washing or cleaning vehicles.

Employee requirements
Passion for cars, knowledge of the structure.
Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Discipline, attention to detail.
Unyielding - you don't stop after 20 obstacles a day!
You speak Lithuanian fluently and understand the basics of English.
Experience - great, but we are really looking for drive, intelligence and honesty.
You will be able to work full-time on a rotating schedule, which includes: day, afternoon, night shifts and weekends.
