Car cleaning center HOCUS activity coordinator

HOCUS is looking for someone who will not only greet customers with a smile, but also coordinate the daily activities of the entire car cleaning center. This is a position for those who are not afraid of responsibility, like to plan, make decisions and be a team leader.

You will meet customers and ensure their experience is excellent from the first greeting;
You will advise on our services and products;
You will administer reservations, answer calls and work with the cash register;
You will coordinate the work of car washers and help the team work smoothly;
You will take care of order and a good atmosphere in the car cleaning center;
When the center is busy - we all help each other because we are a team.

You think strategically and are able to plan work several steps ahead;
You are not afraid to make decisions and keep a cool head even during intense working hours;
You are active, proactive and easily adapt to a changing situation;

The salary consists of a fixed part and a variable bonus, which depends on the work results.
