Work functions:
- Analyze the need for vehicle rental, collect and select rental partners.
- Organize and control the ongoing repair of vehicles.
- Identify and record transport violations, administer insurance events.
- Perform periodic fleet inspections, ensure transport cleanliness and order.
- Respond promptly to incidents such as breakdowns, traffic accidents or blockages, organize alternative solutions.
- Prepare reports and analyzes covering costs, repairs and efficiency, monitor and analyze KPI indicators.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education (transport, logistics, management or other related field - an advantage).
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of transport, fleet administration or logistics.
- Experience in cooperating with transport rental, repair and other service providers.
- Ability to administer insurance events and resolve issues related to transport operation.
- Analytical thinking, ability to prepare reports, analyze costs and performance indicators (KPI).
- Ability to make decisions quickly and respond promptly to non-standard situations (breakdowns, traffic accidents, other incidents).
- Good computer skills, especially knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office software packages.
- Responsibility, organization, independence and good communication and cooperation skills.
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
