In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing group activities, distributing tasks, developing the team, ensuring performance results and implementing process improvement initiatives;
- Carrying out the processes of creating and implementing original production;
- Ensuring the quality, relevance and compliance of content with audience needs;
- Analyzing program results, audience indicators and feedback and providing suggestions for content improvement;
- Evaluating new projects and content ideas and supervising their implementation;
- Coordination of production budgets, estimates, contracts and related processes;
- Cooperation with producers, creators, internal departments and external partners.
We hope you will have:
- Higher university education (advantage – in the fields of communication, journalism, media, creative industries, management);
- At least 3 years of work experience (advantage – in television, media, audiovisual content creation, production, communication or other fields);
- At least 1 year of team management experience – an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian. Knowledge of English and proficiency in a second foreign language – an advantage;
- Ability to lead a team, plan and effectively manage team activities and financial resources;
- Strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to make data-based decisions.
