It is important for us:
- Sales manager work experience from 3 years.
- Team management: motivation, ensuring productive and high-quality work.
- Strategic thinking and ability to implement set goals.
- Financial management skills: budget control, financial statements, investments, cash flow, profit optimization.
- Ability to communicate effectively, adhere to agreements and make decisions.
- Openness, responsibility and time management.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
