Nature of work
Professional customer service of the service: consulting, receiving and returning customers' cars;
Coordination of work prices and scopes with clients by phone and e-mail;
Inspection of the car, formalization of acceptance/handover documents, preparation of repair estimates. Issuance of VAT invoices - invoices. Working with a cash register;
Assignment of work to service personnel, quality control of work performed;
Communication with suppliers;
Solving problematic situations;
Customer feedback management;
Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the service premises.

Employee requirements
- Experience in transport maintenance/repair/repair organization for at least 3 years;
- Technical education;
- Experience in sales or working with customers (advantage);
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Activity, responsibility, strong orientation towards the work result;
- category B driver's license;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (advantage).
