WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a responsible, sociable and quick-witted, stress-resistant person to join our car service team.

If you have experience in the car service field, understand car repair processes and are able not only to communicate with customers, but also to organize service work - we invite you to join us!

Your main responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate daily car service work;
• Receive customers, register cars and plan work;
• Communicate with customers, coordinate work performed and ensure smooth service;
• Control the progress of work performed and ensure their quality;
• Search and order car parts;
• Perform car diagnostics and assess faults;
• Ensure that work is performed with high quality and on time;
• Fill out defect reports, prepare repair estimates, write invoices, warranty documents.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience in the field of car repair is required;
• Good understanding of the technical structure of cars and repair processes;
• Ability to quickly navigate various situations;
• Responsibility and independence;
• Sociability and the ability to professionally communicate with customers, manage conflict situations;
• Ability to organize work and manage several tasks at once;
• Desire to improve and achieve better results.
