We are looking for a Service Receptionist - Manager who would contribute to high-quality customer service and smooth service work in Utena.

🔧 Responsibilities:
- You will be one of the main people ensuring smooth daily service work - from receiving the car to returning it to the customer;
- You will communicate with customers, find out their needs, consult on repair work, prices and deadlines, and coordinate service availability and repair times;
- You will work closely with mechanics, plan their work, transfer information and monitor the progress of repairs;
- You will search, select and order car parts needed for repairs and communicate with suppliers;
- You will inform customers about the progress of repairs, prepare estimates, invoices and present the work performed;
- Together with the team, you will look for ways to perform the work faster, smoother and with higher quality;
