Organization and control of the daily activities of the car service.
Planning and distribution of work of mechanics and craftsmen.
Coordination of the process of car repair, maintenance and preparation.
Supervision of deadlines, quality and efficiency of work.
Coordination of spare parts, materials and suppliers.
Communication with customers, partners and internal departments of the company.
Control of repair estimates, work progress and work performed.
Maintaining order, responsibility and clear processes in the service.
Solving problems when it is necessary to make practical decisions quickly.

UAB "INRADA" is a car rental and car service company, managing a large car fleet and providing car maintenance, repair and operation services. We are looking for a responsible car service manager who can independently organize service work, manage a team, control repair processes and ensure that cars are prepared on time, with high quality and in order.

You have experience in a car service, car maintenance, repair or technical service.
You understand the technical part of cars and repair processes.
You know how to organize people's work and take responsibility for the result.
You are practical, specific and able to solve problems on the spot.
You are able to communicate with clients and the team clearly and professionally.
You know how to plan work, control deadlines and maintain order.
You have a category B driver's license.
You are responsible, independent and result-oriented.

1600-2400 €/mon. net
depending on experience, competencies and achieved results.
