We are looking for a qualified and proactive manager who would manage an already operating car service and ensure its efficient and stable operation.
Duties:
Duties:
- Organization and control of the service's work activities, ensuring smooth and stable operation
- Planning and control of repair and service processes
- Selection, training, development of employees and motivation of the team
- Implementation of work standards and quality control of services
- Attracting new customers and updating existing contacts (contacts are provided)
- Proposing and implementing new services, including the development of passenger car repair
- Communicating with customers and ensuring a high level of service
- Control of material and financial resources: purchasing and accounting for spare parts and materials, participating in purchases (tenders), control of warehouse balances, write-offs and invoices, budget compliance and cost optimization
Employee requirements
Requirements:
- Technical education (higher or secondary specialized)
- Experience in a similar position or service management
- Knowledge of truck and passenger car repair
- Experience in employee selection, training and development
- Organizational skills, initiative, commercial thinking
- Responsibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Russian and German languages - at least B2
