UAB "GBY" is expanding its Training Department and is looking for an instructor for truck drivers.
We are looking for a car transportation specialist who would advise drivers, organize training and help ensure high-quality and safe loading and transportation of cars.
The purpose of the position is to improve the quality of drivers' work, reduce the number of traffic accidents and cargo violations and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Job description
- Consulting drivers on issues of loading, unloading, distribution and securing cars.
- Developing optimal and safe loading schemes.
- Training new drivers and assessing their readiness for independent work.
- Organizing contact and remote training and briefings.
- Consulting drivers on customer requirements, mobile apps, road payment machines, fuel cards and work organization.
- Assessing cargo violations, identifying their causes and preparing preventive recommendations.
- Evaluation of the quality of drivers' work and organization of additional training.
- Consulting transport and sales managers on the loading options of road transporters.
- Participation in quality inspections in European countries and representing the company to customers and terminals.
- Preparation of instructions, loading schemes, memos and other training materials.
Employee requirements
- Practical experience as a truck driver, transport, logistics or driver training.
- Good knowledge of loading, unloading, distribution and securing of cars.
- Knowledge of the construction and loading capabilities of Rimo and Kässbohrer truck carriers.
- Ability to create optimal loading schemes and evaluate cargo damage formation processes.
- Ability to clearly train and consult drivers.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian languages.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Independence, patience and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to go on business trips to European countries and represent the company in customer territories.
