Responsibilities:

• Building live studios from scratch according to technical and production requirements.
  
• Managing installation and configuration of video, audio, lighting, and streaming equipment.
  
• Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of studio technical infrastructure.
  
• Organizing daily team activities and coordinating workload distribution.
  
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to studio engineering team members.
  
• Supporting troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
  
• Monitoring asset inventory and ensuring proper tracking of equipment.
  
• Conducting research and testing of new technologies for studio improvements.
  
• Tracking service requests and ensuring timely resolution through internal systems.
  
• Preparing regular reports on team performance, technical status, and key metrics.
  
• Mentoring new team members and supporting their onboarding and development.
  
• Keeping management informed about progress, risks, and technical challenges.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production or video track delivery environments.
  
• Hands-on experience working with video streams, sound systems, and lighting equipment.
  
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems including LAN, SDI, and power lines.
  
• Proven experience in cable installation, laying, and patching.
  
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and electrical systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS maintenance.
  
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and project documentation.
  
• Proven experience providing technical leadership or supervising engineering teams.
  
• Ability to provide accurate effort estimates for technical tasks and improvements.
  
• Advanced English level.
