Nature of work:
We are looking for a charismatic, demanding shoe store manager who is not afraid of responsibility and knows how to form a team and achieve results.
This is a leadership role.

- You will lead the team and be an authority, not "just a manager".
- You will form a sales culture that the customer feels.
- You will ensure a high level of customer service.
- You will achieve and exceed sales goals.
- You will organize the store's work from A to Z (schedules, results, processes).
Employee requirements:
- Management experience in retail (footwear/fashion is an advantage).
- Ability to mobilize a team, set goals and ensure their implementation.
- Clear leadership position - ability to demand and maintain balance in the team.
- Orientation to sales results and customer experience.
- Responsibility for store performance indicators.
- Independence, initiative, decision-making.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
