Work schedule:
Join the team that responds when help is needed most. The emergency service operates 24/7, so we work on a shift schedule - your flexibility is important here.
Shift duration - up to 8 hours (depending on the situation, it may vary). Shifts start no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and end no later than 11:00 p.m.

What will you do with us?
- You will consult with clients, provide information and advice on issues that arise by phone and electronically.
- You will register and coordinate emergency situations.
- You will resolve various customer inquiries.
- You will update the submitted customer data in the available systems.
- You will cooperate with colleagues from other departments, resolving non-standard situations.

- You are an excellent communicator and know how to manage stressful situations.
- You are able to find solutions in unexpected and non-standard situations.
- You have good Lithuanian language skills (both oral and written).
- You are characterized by good computer literacy.
- You are responsible, diligent and honest.

- You can join from SEPTEMBER 10, when a new training group starts.
