Organization and coordination of emergency service activities in a 24-hour service chain;
Organization of maintenance and repair work of heating points, heating and hot water systems;
Planning of work of technical personnel, distribution of tasks and control;
Control of quality, deadlines and costs of performed works;
Failure analysis, planning and implementation of preventive measures;
Coordination of work of contractors and subcontractors;
Preparation of technical documentation, reports and budgets;
Communication with clients, house administrators and other partners;
Team development and improvement of operational efficiency.

You have a technical or engineering education;
You have work experience in the field of heat management, maintenance or operation of building engineering systems;
You have led a team or have strong organizational skills;
You are able to make quick decisions in non-standard situations;
You have good planning, communication and work organization skills;
You know how to work with MS Office programs;
You have a category B driver's license.
