Your main responsibilities:
- Emergency response: promptly respond to and eliminate malfunctions of water supply, sewage, heating and ventilation systems in the territories and objects maintained by the Company (residential and other purpose buildings);
- Scheduled work: perform maintenance, repair and installation work of water supply, sewage, heating and ventilation systems. Adjust and maintain the operating parameters of heating and water supply systems, repair plumbing equipment.
- Work organization: complete the consumables/tools required for the work, drive the Company's vehicles and operate the equipment, and record the work performed in information systems.
What do we expect from you:
- Education: you have at least secondary education or professional qualification in plumbing, heating, engineering systems maintenance or a related field.
- Driving license: you have a valid category B driving license.
- Personal qualities: you are responsible, independent, able to work in a team and react quickly in emergency situations.
- Work experience in the field of plumbing, engineering systems maintenance or emergency work (an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of the operating principles, maintenance and repair methods of water supply, sewage, heating and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams and use technical documentation.
- Knowledge of using smart devices (phone, tablet) and performing simple data entry operations.
