Nature of work:
- Work with air ticket reservation systems;
- Change and rewrite air tickets, in all cases of non-departure of passengers;
- Administer reports of sold air tickets;
- Provide comprehensive assistance to passengers by answering all their questions related to flight information.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience in the field of customer service (advantage);
- Teamwork and communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills, quick orientation, attention to details;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania
